24-hour Monitoring Services
Get peace of mind with Red Alert’s round the clock monitoring services, which ensure that Red Alert patrol cars are well positioned to monitor properties and hence deter the criminal element in business and residential areas.
24-hour Armed Response
Red Alert armed response teams react immediately to burglar alarm signals and panic alarms ensuring the safety and security of both the people and property affected.
Closed Circuit Television (CCTV)
Red Alert now offers a new dimension in home and business security through state of the art CCTV systems. These systems are linked to the Red Alert control centre and upon activation of a panic button the control room will monitor the activity of the assailant/s and respond accordingly.
Access Control and Time and Attendance Systems
Red Alert also designs, installs and maintains access control systems for practically any application. From simple standalone access control card readers, coupled to electromagnetic locks, to sophisticated PC based networked systems, which can incorporate biometric finger print readers linked to payroll systems.
Community Policing

Emergency Alderson Ambulance Services
Should any of the permanent residents in your home require medical assistance in the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, Red Alert will pay for the call out fee of the Ambulance Services.
Emergency Towing Services
Should you be involved in a motor vehicle accident or experience an emergency break down in your motor vehicle (within the East London area), Red Alert will dispatch a towing company to assist you and cover the call out fee.
Emergency Lockout Service
Should you lock your keys in your house or motor vehicle (within the East London area) and have no means of gaining access, Red Alert will dispatch a locksmith to open up the premises or the vehicle and pay the associated call out fee charges.
